I forgot to reply him as i am now studying for my final paper next week. However, after watching My Wife and Kids today, i got an idea on what to reply to him. Finger crossed for a reply from him. Tungguuuuuu.Here goes:

I went to the Western Union office yesterday and the money is there. They said they want to confirm with you about some question. You need to give the answer to me and i can pass it to them so they can work out on the money transfer process. Then, when you want to collect the money over there, ask the western union guy to ask you the secret of the secret question. It will give a hint to him that you are the one who are going to receive the money. Dont ask my why is this so, they said its for security reason. So the question is ( Please answer YES or NO only):
1. Are you a shemale?
2. Are you mentally disable for claiming purposes?
3. Are you a weak man/women?
